The DAF Web Development Center (WDC) was created to provide a common resource and a common point of coordination for the Division Web Project.
It was founded in January 1997 as the DAF WWW Workgroup at the Direction of the Vice President to determine the feasibility of creating a Division web site.
In January 1999 three of the sites of the DAF web project were published. At this time the project changed hands from Administrative Computing Services to Network Services where the two-member design team was combined with two additional team members. In April 1999 the DAF WWW project was completed.
The WDC can now provide web development services to any campus institution that requests our services.
The Vice President of Administration and Finance has final Division decision making responsibility regarding the Division web site.
University Relations and Publications has final University review and approval responsibility for web pages as designated by the campus President.
